Ingredients
- 500 g minced beef
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 bird’s eye chilies + 2 milder chillies
- basil (or holy basil if you’re lucky enough to find that in NL)
Sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp dark soy sauce
To serve
- Steamed jasmine rice
- fried egg (crispy edges, runny yolk)
